These Terms and Conditions govern your use of GoMotoTrip.com and purchases made through the website. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Returns & Refunds Policy.

About GoMotoTrip

“GoMotoTrip,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of GoMotoTrip.com. “You” means a website visitor or customer.

Product Information and Fitment

GoMotoTrip sells aftermarket motorcycle fairing kits and related parts. They are not original-equipment manufacturer (OEM) products unless a listing expressly says otherwise.
You are responsible for selecting the correct motorcycle year, make, model, and version. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure.
Standard street ABS fairing kits use pre-drilled mounting points intended to correspond with the applicable OEM locations. Fiberglass race fairings are supplied undrilled unless a listing states otherwise and may require trimming, drilling, fitting, and race preparation. Normal installation of aftermarket bodywork may still require transferring hardware, aligning panels, and making minor adjustments.
Product photos and digital paint previews are references. Screen settings, lighting, hand-applied graphics, and production tolerances may cause reasonable differences in color or placement.
Unless a listing says otherwise, bolts, tank covers, seats, and other accessories are optional and are not included with a fairing kit.

Custom Paint Approval

Free custom paint is available for standard painted street ABS fairing-kit orders. Custom paint for fiberglass race fairings is optional and may require an additional charge. You must provide clear instructions and review any design confirmation we send. Production may begin after you approve the design or otherwise confirm the order details. Changes requested after production begins may be declined or may require an additional charge.

Orders, Prices, and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Available payment methods are presented during checkout.
An order is not accepted until we confirm it. We may contact you to verify fitment, paint details, shipping information, or payment.
If a product, price, discount, shipping charge, or order total is displayed incorrectly, we may correct the error or cancel the affected order. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, we will refund the amount collected for that order.
We may refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, unavailable products, unsupported destinations, or information that prevents us from producing or delivering the order.

Production and Order Changes

Custom-painted fairing production normally takes about 15 working days, but this is an estimate rather than a guaranteed completion date. Production time can vary with design complexity, order confirmation, quality control, holidays, and other operational factors.

Changes and cancellations are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Contact us immediately if you need to change an order; requests made after production begins may be declined or may incur the stated cancellation charge.

Shipping, Customs, and Delivery

Shipping methods, estimated transit times, and destination limitations are explained on our Delivery page.
Delivery dates are estimates. Customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, remote-area handling, and incomplete address or contact information can affect delivery.
Import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other customs charges may apply depending on the destination and are the buyer’s responsibility unless we explicitly state that they are included in a quoted shipping method.
Customs rules and thresholds can change. Check with your local customs authority before ordering. We provide commercial invoices and customs documents based on the transaction and shipment.
You are responsible for providing a complete delivery address and reachable telephone number and for responding to carrier or customs requests.

Inspection, Installation, and Safe Use

Inspect all parts before installation. Do not install, drill, cut, modify, or ride with an item that appears damaged, painted incorrectly, incomplete, or incompatible. Contact us first with your order number and clear evidence of the issue.

Installation should be performed by a person with suitable motorcycle repair experience. You are responsible for safe installation, correct fasteners, required maintenance, and compliance with laws applicable where the motorcycle is used.

Returns, Product Issues, and Remedies

Return eligibility, shipping-damage reports, refunds, and product-issue remedies are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. If an item arrives damaged, defective, painted incorrectly, or with a suspected fitment issue, contact us before installation with your order number and clear photos.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable consumer law.

Website Content and Intellectual Property

Website text, graphics, photographs, designs, logos, and other content are owned by or licensed to GoMotoTrip unless otherwise stated. You may use the website for personal shopping and information. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, scrape, republish, or commercially exploit website content without permission.

Product and website information may be corrected or updated without notice. We do not guarantee that every description, image, price, availability statement, or other website element will always be complete or error-free.

Reviews and User Content

If you submit a review, photo, design reference, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it does not violate another person’s rights or applicable law. You allow us to use submitted product reviews and customer-approved product photos to operate and promote the website, subject to applicable privacy law.

Third-Party Services and Links

Updated Terms apply to website use and orders placed after publication unless applicable law requires otherwise.
